At Rituals, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our global HR Operations and Services team. As the Global Director of Human Resources Operations and Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth and success.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader who can optimize our HR operations and services, ensuring a state-of-the-art employee and manager experience. You will lead the development of a scalable global HR Operations and Services team, focusing on process excellence, digital transformation, and people management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the global HR Operations and Services team, with a focus on process excellence, digital transformation, and people management.
  • Develop and implement project plans to improve HR service delivery, analyze effectiveness, and deliver workforce insights and analytics.
  • Partner with global and regional HR Operations teams, as well as Business Technology, Accounting, Payroll, and Business Control teams, to align ways of working, systems, and reporting.
  • Establish key operational metrics and reporting tools, and develop an HR Services dashboard and key performance metrics.
  • Integrate HR digital developments, services, advice, and operations into HR operations, ensuring alignment of the employee journey.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Broad, in-depth experience within the HR Operations and Services field, including digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated capability to improve processes and deliver large and complex HR projects and operations.
  • Fast-growing retail environment experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with people management experience of larger teams (over 25 employees).
  • Knowledge of GDPR, HR Governance, Legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • A strong and compelling point of view around HR Operations, Digital Transformation, and Employee-Centered HR.
  • Experienced in driving Operational Excellence and Process Optimization culture.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a hybrid work model, training and development opportunities, and a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
