Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Care Employee (N/F/E) in Almere to strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with internal and external customers, including communication about service contracts, maintenance, availability, orders, delivery data, prices, and communication with our service technicians and service managers.
- Administrative support for sending and receiving purchase orders from suppliers.
- Creating credit notes and invoices according to established procedures.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who identifies with the following description:
- Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level.
- Excellent command of Dutch, English, and French languages.
- You are customer-focused and commercially oriented, with attention to detail.
- You are able to plan, organize, structure, and multitask easily.
- You are good at analyzing problems and looking for solutions.
- You work well in a team, both with your own team and with other departments.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook (SAP and SalesForce preferred) is necessary.
- Experience in a similar function is an asset.
