Job Description

Are you a driven professional who can coordinate our goods flow smoothly and efficiently? With your organizational talent and proactive attitude, you ensure the best prices and perfect planning. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan the movement of goods via containers to customers
  • Collaborate with various departments, including purchase, sales, and warehouse, to coordinate transport requests
  • Book containers at the best rates and ensure efficient schedules
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing the Bill of Lading (BL) and checking invoices
  • Monitor the planning process and provide timely status updates to all departments

Requirements:

  • At least a MBO 4 degree, preferably in a Logistics direction
  • Work experience in a similar position is a plus; we are happy to train the right candidate
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English

What We Offer:

  • A maximum salary of €3000,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas gratuity and a performance-dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
  • 25 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase additional days
  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you're working remotely (from home)
