Job Title: Head of Operations and Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations and Growth Strategist to join our team at Leaders in Beauty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing and operations professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a digital marketing or operations environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
