Key Responsibilities:- Documentation Review: Review and evaluate documentation for ingredients, including Specifications, GB Agreement, Certificate of Compliance, and Supplier Material Specifications.
- Ingredients Data Collection: Collect and evaluate ingredients data for recipe design and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, labs, and ingredients portfolio owners.
- On-Site Audit Support: Provide on-site audit support, preparing and presenting ingredients management standards and verification materials.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Manage ingredient dual sourcing for productivity and security in the scope of China.
- Tool Utilization: Work with tools such as Asana and Power BI dashboards to streamline processes.
Requirements: +3 years of experience with food specification management, knowledge of the China market and GB standards, and proficiency in Chinese language.
