Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit.
- Maintain the quality and cleanliness of our spa facilities, including the pools, sauna, steam room, and solarium.
- Assist guests in navigating our spa facilities, providing information on our services and amenities.
- Perform technical duties, including water quality testing and maintenance, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure the efficient function of our spa.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Clear criminal record check and availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
