Als Sales Support Specialist ben je de verlenging van onze accountmanagers en van onschatbare waarde voor het behouden en uitbreiden van onze klantenkring.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor een aantal grote klanten als het gaat om bijvoorbeeld nieuwe artikelen of producten, prijsmutaties of afnamestatistieken.
  • Offertes opstellen en lange termijn projecten opzetten en verbeteren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarttraject van nieuwe klanten, waarbij je de systemen goed inricht en samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder logistiek, customer service en voorraadbeheer.

Je profiel

  • Je beschikt over een MBO+ of HBO-diploma en hebt werkervaring in een commercieel-administratieve rol.
  • Je hebt oog voor commerciële kansen en bent in staat om deze te benutten.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, gaat nauwkeurig te werk en hebt een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office, met name Excel.
  • Je bent in staat om effectief en helder te communiceren en hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je bent flexibel en bent in staat om snel te schakelen en prioriteiten te stellen.
