Lead Sales Growth in the Netherlands

At PVH, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and individual objectives
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to drive divisional sales initiatives across individual channels
  • Lead the implementation of the Netherlands divisional wholesale strategy in line with the PVH vision and in close collaboration with the Business Development team
  • Deliver steady and accelerated growth across existing wholesale customers
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive divisional wholesale roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and our growth plans
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for the division
  • Establish relationships with the Amsterdam Head Office team to ensure market needs are met in order to drive and deliver growth plans
  • Build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers
  • Work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize the divisional shipping targets and order books
  • Focus on brands and category performance from a sell-out as well as sell-in perspective to create growth opportunities for immediate revenue and long-term opportunities
  • Provide strategic leadership, being the voice of the wholesale customer, with regard to assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store, and online
  • Analyze and communicate the weekly and monthly reporting of results and developments across the business
  • Ownership of Divisional Order Books, P&L, and reporting structure
  • Demonstrate intimate understanding of our products, vision, and business; Be able to help anyone understand any aspect of the company
  • Keep up to date with market knowledge of competitors, product, and pricing structures as well as execution and local market activity
  • Accountable for sample management, loss, and recovery
  • Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customer-related initiatives, successful Shop In Shop projects, and the representation of the brand across all areas of distribution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous sales management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams, displaying the ability to Inspire Trust and Cultivate Belonging
  • Ideal experience in Omni-channel, coupled with a knowledge of the Digital Fashion landscape
  • Ability to Take Ownership, having a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
  • Collaborate to Win, having strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
  • Commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels
  • Ability to Adapt Fast and work with pace
  • Immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of major accounts and market needs and Stay Curious about the ever-changing market landscape
  • Excellent negotiation skills, Make Informed Decisions always backing yourself with data and insights
  • Clean Driving License
