Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading and owning some of the bank's most important customer processes. Your primary focus will be on steering and developing customer journeys, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust, sustainable end-to-end processes that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and achieve desired results.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior business leaders and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our processes remain compliant and competitive.
- University-level education with 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in business process management, operational excellence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and processes, with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch an advantage.
