Business Process Manager Tikkie

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join our dynamic team at Tikkie. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our scalable growth and helping us achieve our goals.
The RoleAs a Business Process Manager at Tikkie, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes to drive continuous improvement and optimization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and documenting all end-to-end processes at Tikkie.
- Adding structure and bringing BPM to the next level through continuous improvement.
- Initiating BPM governance throughout the entire company and helping colleagues understand processes.
- Overseeing 1-2 risk areas, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure organizational stability and compliance.
- Collaborating closely with Tikkie Operations, Products, and Tech teams, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in one or multiple non-financial risk areas, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), fraud, changing laws and regulations, compliance, financial reporting, or Information Technology (IT).
- An active communication style and the ability to engage with colleagues across the organization.
- A good understanding of documenting and visualizing processes in an efficient way, explainable to a wide range of stakeholders.
- A track record of data-driven process improvements, preferably in a fast-changing and complex working environment.
- An interest in learning how data can be used to identify and improve processes.
- Fluency in the English language, both in writing and speaking.
