We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new features and products that meet the needs of our customers.
The RoleAs a Product Manager, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team. You will be responsible for articulating the product vision, defining the product strategy, and prioritizing the roadmap. You will also lead the product discovery process, including viability, feasibility, and desirability analyses.
You will collaborate closely with our talented development team, providing clear guidance, support, and timely feedback to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality products. You will also continuously gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze data to drive product improvements and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Owner, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- A track record demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and a talent for driving or being associated with industry-leading products/services in a mobile app environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated affinity with and understanding of tech products and their development processes.
- Experience in fintech environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in optimizing existing products and revenue streams through techniques like A/B testing and continuous improvement.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize strategically.
- Preferably, experience in targeting user segments for new propositions and collaborating with external partners.
- You are a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly growing company.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
