Administrative Assistant and HR Coordinator

Growth Tribe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Management and Human Resources Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our HR Department and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities**Office Management (70%):**
- Facilities Management: Ensure our office is a welcoming and productive space for our team and clients.
- Event Planning: Organize company and team events, such as game nights, drinks, and birthdays.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of stationery, equipment, groceries, and other supplies.
- Mail and Delivery Management: Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
- Office Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
**Human Resources (30%):**
- Onboarding: Support the team with the onboarding of new employees.
- HRIS Management: Maintain employees' records in our HRIS system.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance management procedures.
- HR Projects: Assist with ad hoc HR projects.
- HR Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker, enrolled in university for the entire duration of the internship, and available for at least 32 hours per week.
