Administrative Coordinator

The Rainforest Alliance is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the CCO's schedule, including international calls, travel events, and speaking engagements.
- Provide strategic management and oversight of the CCO's time, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage meeting preparation and coordination, including communication with relevant staff, logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
- Handle business correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense claims for the CCO.
- Welcome guests and handle telephone calls for the CCO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality, or Event Management preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions and knowledge of SharePoint is an asset.
- Fluency in English and excellent writing and verbal skills. Additional languages, such as Dutch or Spanish, are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- Service-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Desire to learn and enhance understanding of the Rainforest Alliance mission.
