Key Responsibilities

- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to ING's compliance standards.
- Provide administrative support, including responding to queries, composing messages, and maintaining internal and external contacts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork, covering absences and contributing to the improvement of our team's performance.

Requirements

- MBO+ or relevant work experience, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written, with a high level of proficiency in IT-related systems and issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-focused approach and high attention to detail.
