Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Operations Coordinator fluent in Dutch and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and operational excellence, with a strong ability to build and foster relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure membership registrations are up to date, including processing applications, renewals, and terminations.
  • Distribute membership packages to new members.
  • Build and foster relationships with our members, answering questions and providing resource materials.
  • Support membership social media campaigns.
  • Ensure training sessions are recorded and archived.
  • Provide leadership teams with necessary resource materials.
  • Create and distribute membership data reports and surveys.
  • Process invoices, credit, and cancellations.
  • Act as liaison with the collection agency.
  • Answer the telephone and welcome visitors on location.
  • Organize business travel and meetings.
  • Maintain agenda appointments and stock inventory.
  • Sort incoming and outgoing post.
  • Take minutes during leadership meetings.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Customer-focused and able to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to find solutions and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and mobile apps.
  • Ability to travel to local chapters and conferences.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
  • 2-5 years' relevant professional administrative experience.
  • Experience in an international multi-cultural organization setting.
