About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Change Consultant Credit to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Credits Capability Grid, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and driving success in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and strengthen our organization by identifying business needs and translating them into tactical roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and credit experts to make a meaningful impact in our Credit Engine.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in credit facility management by embracing new technologies and processes.
  • Work closely with the Capability Owner to ensure seamless orchestration, oversight, and monitoring of all aspects related to Credit Facility Management.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in strategic consulting, focusing on Financial Institutions.
  • MSc level education with specialization in this field.
  • Strong personality with excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • People management skills, including inspiring leadership and motivating teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, including flexibility and creativity.
  • Business and IT-architecture knowledge, including process design and management.
  • Expertise in credit products, processes, regulations, data, and/or IT.
  • Project management skills, including organizing, structuring, and aligning work packages and roadmaps.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
What We Offer
  • A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • A benefit budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks.
  • A personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to €3,000.
