Global Advocacy Project Manager

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Global Advocacy Project Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Advocacy, Influencer Marketing & Social Commerce Team, you will play a critical role in building a central hub for Advocacy, IM & Social Commerce strategy across the Coty Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop advocacy and social commerce frameworks and strategies across the Consumer Beauty Division.
  • Analyze advocacy results and provide data-led insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Develop guidelines for social commerce, influencer marketing, PR/communications, and advocacy ecosystem.
  • Lead global advocacy pilots for selected brands and markets.
  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and manage stewardship across markets and teams.
  • Partner with external measurement partners to organize trainings and manage Coty team access.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including invoicing, POs, expenses, travel, calendars, presentations, and archives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, advocacy, influencer marketing, and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
