Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Stadia Consulting Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering Stadia Consulting projects globally, managing commercial objectives, and building strategies to meet client project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch for, secure, and deliver Stadia Consulting projects globally
  • Manage commercial objectives, building and executing strategies in line with client project requirements
  • Co-ordinate and manage exceptional teams of professional advisors to ensure project objectives are successfully achieved
  • Assume responsibility for delivering multi-faceted projects within approved budgets and timeframes
  • Identify key stakeholders and consult effectively to ensure client requirements are defined and reflected in all project briefs
  • Provide and present reports at key project milestones to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and in agreement
  • Design a bespoke long-term hospitality offering, including VIP and VVIP strategy and product design
  • Strategize all other revenue opportunity areas, including catering, licensing, non-match-day use, media rights, and ticketing
  • Design operational templates for the complex and derive and manage associated costs

You Will Have:

  • A background in executing end-to-end commercial projects, from inception to delivery
  • Extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, strong commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills
  • Experience developing projects within stadia and an understanding of the current commercial market trends
