Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a trainee in Sazanka Restaurant, a renowned Japanese Teppanyaki venue. Here, our chefs prepare exquisite dishes right at the table, offering an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant operates from 6:30 PM to 10 PM and accommodates group lunches for parties of ten or more.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service to guests;
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the menu;
- Assisting with mise en place tasks in the restaurant and pantry;
- Managing reservations effectively;
- Demonstrating expertise in coffee and tea;
- Welcoming and guiding guests with warmth and professionalism;
Your traineeship will involve working shifts throughout a 7-day workweek, with hours from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. You will be expected to work 5 days a week, totaling 7.6 hours per day, and be available on public holidays. There is flexibility to work on academic projects once a week.

Candidate Profile

- Flexibility regarding your work schedule;
- Enrollment as a student at a recognized (hotel) school in the Netherlands, preferably in your second year or beyond.
