About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Director to lead our efforts in maintaining positive employee relations across Europe. As a key member of our HR Business Partner Organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with Works Councils and employee representatives.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategic initiatives to maintain positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Works Council matters, representing the company in meetings and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies and processes
  • Maintain positive employee relations across Europe, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Lead NL Works Council relations and serve as primary point of contact for Works Council matters
  • Ensure HR Partners are knowledgeable on Works Council and Employee Relations compliance through training and process development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a relevant field, preferably in multiple countries within the EU
  • Prior Works Council management experience, preferably in multiple countries within the EU, especially the Netherlands and Germany
  • Full command of the English language, both written and verbal; command of the Dutch language is highly valued
