Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Cyient. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pursuing corrective and preventive actions for Landing gear products and system quality problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate and guide technical evaluations, analysis, and related data acquisition processes.
- Drive supplier quality management activities and ensure compliance with client's control procedures and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with Receiving/Inspection team and Supplier Quality team to resolve supplier non-conformance and quality performance issues.
- Assure timely processing of nonconforming materials and participate in failure analysis and corrective action investigations.
- Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing supplier data and making recommendations.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-6 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access and Excel.
- Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
Skills and Experience:
