Medewerker Accounts Payable

Als medewerker AP / Cash werk je nauw samen met je collega's van GL, Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable om mee te bewegen met de veranderingen in de financiële processen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van binnenkomende inkoopfacturen, het uitvoeren van batch-en handmatige betalingen, het verrichten van bankboekingen en het beheren van openstaande posten. Je hebt ook telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met leveranciers en operationele afdelingen.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het verwerken van binnenkomende inkoopfacturen
- Het uitvoeren van batch-en handmatige betalingen
- Het verrichten van bankboekingen
- Het beheren van openstaande posten
- Het analyseren van de ouderdom van facturen
- Het structureel oplossen van problemen
Wat wij zoeken:
- Een afgeronde relevante administratieve MBO opleiding
- 1 tot 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Ervaring met Excel en bij voorkeur ook met Afas
- Communicatief vaardig
