About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer / Direct Sales professional to join our team at UltiMaker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple sectors in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities in collaboration with industry partners and translate these into revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries
  • Execute targeted sales strategies for diverse industries in the EMEA region
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase UltiMaker's 3D printing capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients in different sectors
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Represent UltiMaker at various industry trade shows and events
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, with a track record of success across multiple industries
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of various industries and their technological needs
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to build relationships across different sectors
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language
