About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Hospitality team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, welcoming guests and handling packages and mail.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organizing the space.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hospitality team to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
