Senior Program Manager for EMEA Operations

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to enhance the success of interconnected projects while overseeing and coordinating various initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and is initially offered as a 9-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across functions to ensure the success of our Nike Direct & Marketplace Partners business, aligning with our strategic priorities.
  • Guide teams through transitions in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring consumer journeys are effectively realized for our EMEA audience across various marketplace touchpoints.
  • Facilitate impactful discussions and decision-making processes regarding business and regulatory impacts.
  • Partner with business functions, data, and technology teams to deliver on business planning and roadmap requirements, focusing on compliance, consumer needs, and business value.
  • Drive decisions based on consumer insights, environmental considerations, and business value through well-structured business cases and a clear KPI framework.
  • Lead project teams to develop and enhance capabilities while ensuring alignment among key stakeholders for priority delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Strategy, Change Management, or Senior Program Management, particularly within Marketplace or Retail sectors.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues within a heavily matrixed organization.
  • Skilled in making strategic trade-offs to optimize ROI and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to adapt to and prioritize shifting demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas through storytelling.
