Job Description:

As an Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in analyzing the development and understanding the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system, constructing business development strategies and sales plans, identifying and reporting business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key customers, coordinating and managing technical and commercial bid preparation, negotiating contracts, pipeline project management, achieving sales targets and revenue, representing Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events, and interacting with management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system to understand trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Construct business development strategies and sales plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.
  • Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager.
  • Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Pipeline project management.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership.
  • Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events in focused markets.
  • Interact with management across the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales, business development, and account management processes.
  • Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communications skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.

Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
