Senior System Industrialization Engineer

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Industrialization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the industrialization of our systems, ensuring they are designed for maturity, deliver work preparation, and close the operational feedback loop.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the design of engineering solutions, including material choices and technical concepts.
- Develop and validate engineering solutions, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sub-systems into the system, execute configuration management, and provide support to projects.
- Contribute to the specification of Qualification-, Integration-, and Production- Tests, design and produce associated test tools, and realize the qualification of the design.
- Develop product specifications and design test procedures and standards, validate new or existing complex test methods and procedures, and identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Adhere to ASML's EHS policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions, identify and mitigate safety risk, and safeguard the environment and well-being of oneself and others.
- Oversee the dependencies between project team tasks, assist PO/PL in planning, proactively signal risk of not delivering on spec and in time, take the lead in teamwork breakdown from features to daily tasks, deliver weekly deliverables, and carry out assigned departmental projects.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in industrialization, system design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate safety risk.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
4-9 years
