Job Title: Trade and Retail Marketing Manager Benelux

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade and Retail Marketing Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning strategy for our retail and digital channel in Benelux.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Benelux, in collaboration with the EU Marketing Team and Trade & Retail Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Drive brand awareness through B2B marketing activities, both online and offline, and manage all trading events across Benelux.
  • Develop and execute innovative promotional and product display ideas, ensuring all content is clear, consistent, and on-brand across all B2B consumer touchpoints.
  • Provide merchandising guidance and plan regular meetings with the Sales team and retailer partners.
  • Manage all trade events and conferences, in the lead up to and during.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Trade or Retail/Marketing Management experience.
  • Decisive and action-oriented.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple agencies and suppliers.
  • Proven leadership and influencing abilities.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a trade marketing management role.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Evidence of good attention to detail.
