Job Title: Seed Production Specialist

At Hazera Seeds, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seed Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing Crucifers species seed productions domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise seed productions from pre-commercial to commercial levels
  • Manage stock seed increases and commercial seed productions
  • Initiate new ways to improve production results through research trials
  • Provide internal reporting and administration
  • Coordinate multiple production processes
  • Advising and assisting the Crucifers Production manager in building a production plan
  • Following up on production contracts for crop portfolio
  • Monitoring, reviewing and implementing production protocols
Requirements:
  • Agriculture technician (BSc in Agronomy is an advantage)
  • Strong affinity with agriculture and several years in technical growing experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of/and experience in seed production is an advantage
  • Knowledge of/and experience with MS Office, ERP systems
  • Communicative, decisive, a team player, good with planning and organizing
  • Willing to travel abroad when needed
  • Fluency in English & Dutch language is required
