Key Responsibilities:
  • Define a compelling vision and roadmap for the EUV Dose Control Function Cluster
  • Align stakeholders around the vision and manage expectations
  • Apply guardrails to balance demand over team capacity and competence
  • Collaborate closely with PO's and other CPO's
Requirements:
  • Master or PhD in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics
  • 10+ years project or portfolio management experience in high tech high pressure environment
  • Experience in optical design, electronic control loops, SW architecture, FW development
Skills:
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Capability of constant zoom in and out along the scope landscape
  • In-depth domain knowledge and EUV system view
  • Natural communicator, excellent leadership skills
  • Master communication in English
