As a KAM Adviseur, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Safety Assessments and Compliance Audits: Conduct thorough safety assessments and compliance audits in energy production facilities to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Develop Emergency and Evacuation Plans: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement emergency and evacuation plans for large energy installations, ensuring the safety of personnel and the public.
- Minimize Safety Risks in Energy Generation and Distribution: Work closely with technical teams to identify and mitigate safety risks in energy generation and distribution, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
- Manage Environmental Reports and Analyses: Oversee the preparation and submission of environmental reports and analyses to ensure compliance with industry norms and regulations.
- Initiate Continuous Improvement Programs: Develop and implement programs to promote continuous improvement in safety and environmental management, driving business excellence and sustainability.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, with additional qualifications in quality or environmental management. Minimum 3 years of experience in a KAM-related role, preferably in the chemical, energy, or construction industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to develop and implement KAM policies and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience in leading audits and identifying areas for improvement, as well as knowledge of relevant software tools for KAM management.
- Competitive Salary: A salary ranging from €2,924 to €5,174 per month, depending on experience.
