About the Role:
As an Electrical Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and integrating electrical systems for workboats, including power, navigation, alarm, and monitoring systems. Your key responsibilities include preparing technical specifications, setting up diagrams, and organizing system integration. To succeed in this role, you must have experience with electrical engineering, shipbuilding, and team leadership. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English are required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate electrical systems for workboats;
- Liaise with partners, clients, and suppliers to achieve full system integration;
- Prepare detailed technical specifications;
- Set up complex diagrams and system layouts;
- Organize and coordinate system integration efforts;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field;
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, shipbuilding, and team leadership;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment;
What We Offer:
At Damen Shipyards, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
