Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain algorithms for monitoring and managing renewable energy assets, ensuring seamless integration with our software offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Participate in internal and external feedback sessions to ensure scalability and ease of implementation for battery storage-specific algorithms.
About the Role:

As a BESS Engineer, you will be part of a young and agile team that leverages advanced data analytics to drive customer discoveries and pinpoint critical issues. You will work on novel ideas, develop prototypes, and collaborate with experts from diverse backgrounds to ensure a thorough, customer-centric problem-solving process.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with operational complexity of BESS, acquired within the renewable energy or automotive (EV) industries.
  • Demonstrable domain knowledge of battery storage operation and maintenance practices and technology.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and/or optimizing battery performance to ensure efficient energy storage and delivery.
  • Python coding skills and full professional proficiency in written and oral English.
