We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization in the Front Office and Finance Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Office:
    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Assist in handling inquiries and providing information about the company's products or services.
  • Finance Department:
    • Assist in day-to-day financial activities, including income audit, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Participate in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analysis.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant data and assisting in analysis.
    • Help maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between the front office and finance departments.
    • Work on special projects that require coordination between customer-facing and financial aspects of the business.
    • Gain exposure to the integration of front office functions with financial processes.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
