As a key member of the Adidas team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our European marketplace business. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive eMarketplace strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our global DPC teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our European eMarketplace business, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital wholesale policies and terms and conditions, ensuring consistency across Europe.
  • Drive the exploration and implementation of new digital business models, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure a consistent and premium brand presence across all eMarketplaces, driving consumer engagement and loyalty.
Key Relationships

You will work closely with various teams, including:

  • Global and EU Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) teams
  • EU Channel Management teams
  • Market and Local Wholesale sales teams and leadership
  • Digital Sales and Analytics community
  • Europe IT, Finance, and Legal teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of the eMarketplace landscape, specifically relevant to sporting goods
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
  • Proven ability to navigate and be effective in large multinational matrix organizations
Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital/eCommerce, business development, operations, logistics, or finance
  • Experience working with eMarketplaces preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with at least one other European language beneficial
