THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at our Depot in Indre Arna - Bergen. As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service and Sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
  • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras, and maintain the campervans in top condition.
  • Quality Control: Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs, ensuring the campervans are in excellent condition.
  • Support Activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are eager to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

THE INDIE COMMITMENT

  • All internships are compensated, with the amount depending on location, country, and region.
  • Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills, including guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and team spirit.
  • International opportunities and the possibility of integration into Indie Campers after the internship.
