Your stakeholders will include DevOps teams, Grid Owners, IT Leads, Product Owners, and Chapter Leads, whom you will support in their growth and development.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in an Agile and DevOps role with a strong emphasis on coaching
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies (including Agile scaling methods like SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Familiarity with software development practices, particularly CI/CD
- Experience in Lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and inspire teams
- A results-oriented mindset, capable of working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
