Job DescriptionYour main responsibility will be to promote and coach teams and leadership on Agile and DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies. You will evaluate current DevOps processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Additionally, you will have performance dialogues with teams and management, determining potential improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies, furthering CI/CD practices and improving overall delivery performance. Your role and contribution will constantly vary, requiring adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Some examples of your responsibilities include:
- Promoting and coaching teams and leadership on Agile and DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Evaluating current DevOps processes and practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs to enhance team skills
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and automation
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in an Agile and DevOps role with a strong coaching or mentoring component. You should possess knowledge of Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies and practices, as well as software development practices including CI/CD practices. Excellent cooperation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport, inspire, and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges are also necessary.
BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus an additional benefit budget of 11% that you can use to purchase flexible terms of employment. You will also receive five weeks of holiday per year, a personal development budget of $1,000 per year, and various internal trainings. A high degree of responsibility and freedom to finish your tasks will also be yours, along with good set of facilities for remote working.
