Facility Maintenance Specialist
Mérieux NutriSciences is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a trusted partner in the food safety industry, we strive to make food systems safer, healthier, and more sustainable.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory equipment and facilities maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Co-manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
- Purchase lab devices and manage budgets for equipment maintenance and supplier-related projects.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities meet regulatory requirements and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supplier management, equipment maintenance, preferably in a laboratory or technical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability.
What We Offer
- A full-time gross salary starting from €3,300 per month, depending on professional experience.
- A holiday allowance equal to 8% of the annual gross salary.
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week, with the possibility to work from home two days a week.
- An advantageous pension scheme and 27 vacation days per year.
- A fixed travel allowance of up to €140 net per month.
