About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Optimization Specialist to join our team at Picnic, a revolutionary online supermarket. As a key member of our digital team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our website's performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify and implement strategic initiatives to improve website conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience, implementing changes to make the website more user-friendly and effective.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for all website-related issues, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align website content and functionality with business goals and user needs.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor website performance metrics, preparing regular reports to inform decision-making and highlight the impact of implemented changes.
  • Hands-on Implementation: Actively involved in executing changes directly on the website, including updating content, tweaking design elements, and making technical adjustments to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
About You
  • Experience: 1-3 years in CRO or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including employer branding, web teams, and recruitment operations.
  • Structured and Analytical: Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies, proficient in running experiments, interpreting results, and managing projects efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CMS, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and basic HTML/CSS.
  • User-Centric: Focused on understanding and meeting user needs to enhance website experience and conversions.
  • Proactive: Always seeking to improve the website, keep up with industry trends, and implement innovative, precise solutions for better engagement and conversions.
