We are looking for a skilled Conversion Specialist to join our team at dé VakantieDiscounter. As a key player in our Product department, you will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the customer journey on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and Data Analysts to drive customer journey optimization
  • Maintain our tracking framework, ensuring we measure what matters and stay up-to-date with the latest standards
  • Automate experimentation capabilities to enable product development teams to execute A/B tests autonomously
  • Provide actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior
  • Work with the Product Owner to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer engagement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience with Web Analytics, Product Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Usability principles
  • Knowledge of tools and languages such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, VWO, Optimizely, SQL, and Google BigQuery
  • Knowledge of statistics and agile methodologies
  • A self-starter with a commercial and data-driven mindset
