About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team at Picnic, a revolutionary online supermarket. As a key member of our digital team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving website conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Website Performance: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven initiatives to enhance the user experience and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various teams, including employer branding, web development, and recruitment operations, to align website content and functionality with business goals.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track website performance and prepare regular reports. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and highlight the impact of implemented changes.
  • Hands-on Implementation: Execute changes directly on the website, including updating content, tweaking design elements, and making technical adjustments to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
About You
  • Experience: 1-3 years in CRO or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to drive website improvements.
  • Structured and Analytical: Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CMS, web analytics tools, A/B testing tools, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • User-Centric: Focused on understanding and meeting user needs to enhance website experience and conversions.
