About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Specialist to join our team at dé VakantieDiscounter. As a key member of our Product department, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making and optimizing the customer journey on our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize the customer journey on our website
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and Data Analysts to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain our tracking framework, ensuring we are measuring what matters and staying up-to-date with the latest standards
  • Automate experimentation capabilities to enable product development teams to execute A/B tests autonomously
  • Provide actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior
  • Monitor ongoing results and strategically work with the Product Owner to identify areas for improvement
  • Translate insights into hypotheses and craft experiments in collaboration with Product Owners and UX Designers
  • Document and share findings with stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Related degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with Web Analytics, Product Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Usability principles
  • Experience with tools and languages such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, VWO, Optimizely, SQL, and Google BigQuery
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
  • Self-starter with a commercial and data-driven mindset
