Job Overview

As a Payroll Specialist at Pharming Group, you will lead payroll-related challenges and elevate them to new heights. You will manage and process employee salaries, ensuring correct calculations, tax withholdings, and adherence to legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Berekenen en verwerken van lonen en salarissen voor medewerkers, inclusief overuren, bonussen en inhoudingen.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van belastingwetten en wettelijke voorschriften met betrekking tot loonadministratie.
  • Onderhouden van gedetailleerde administratie van salarisgerelateerde transacties.
  • Communiceren met medewerkers over loonzaken en vragen beantwoorden.
  • Genereren van rapporten en statistieken met betrekking tot loonkosten.
  • Beheer van payroll-software en systemen.
Your Profile:
  • Minimaal 5-10 jaar relevante payroll ervaring in een internationale omgeving.
  • Evaring en kennis van Opties / Aandelen voor de payroll verwerking.
  • Evaring met het opzetten en optimaliseren van payroll-processen.
  • Gewend zijn aan werken bij scale-ups en startups is een pluspunt.
  • Deze rol vereist niet alleen een diepgaande expertise in payroll, maar ook een strategische benadering om processen te verbeteren en te optimaliseren, vooral in een dynamische omgeving zoals die van scale-ups en startups.
