About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in their daily activities.

As a key member of the Executive Board team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing complex calendars, and coordinating international meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive and complex calendars for the COO and CCO
  • Plan and coordinate international meetings and events
  • Prepare correspondence, draft and edit emails on behalf of the COO and CCO
  • Collect and prepare documentation for use in discussions and meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements for the COO and CCO
  • Act as host for visitors to the COO and CCO

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a secretarial education and/or several years of experience in a similar role.

You will be self-reliant, punctual, and trustworthy, with the ability to set priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
