Management and Impact Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Management and Impact Reporting Specialist to join our team at Triodos Bank. As a key member of our Group Management and Impact Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of timely and accurate financial and non-financial reports, including management reports and external impact reports.
- Collaborate with various departments and business units to improve data and process maturity, perform quality reviews, and challenge reporting provided by the business.
- Analyse complex issues and large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and translate insights into clear reports and actionable recommendations.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and sector developments on financial and sustainability reporting, and translate these into data requirements, definitions, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans in the budgeting and forecasting cycle led by Business Control.
- Engage with stakeholders and act as an internal and external focal point for financial and impact-related expertise.
- Strong accounting knowledge and relevant experience in Audit, (Sustainability) Reporting, Control, or similar roles, with a preference for experience in the financial sector.
- A Master's degree with highly developed analytical and abstract thinking and reporting skills, a Master's degree and preferably CPA (RA) or EMFC (RC).
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and skilled in Excel and tools for business analytics.
- A proficient level in English in both speaking and writing. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus.
