EHS Facility Manager

Job Summary
Motion Controls international (MCi), a Flex company, is a global leader in mirror glass and power-folding actuators. We're expanding our product portfolio to Automotive actuation solutions, and we need an EHS Facility Manager to support our teams in Woerden & Hoogeveen, Netherlands.
A typical day:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and guidelines
- Consult with departments on equipment design, fire prevention, and safety programs
- Inspect machinery and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards
- Design and install safety equipment on machines
- Manage facility maintenance, cleaning, and small construction projects
- Analyze and standardize facility procedures to improve efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning personnel
The experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field
- In-depth knowledge of HSE laws and regulations
- Experience in initiating and implementing HSE policies and guidelines
- Technical production experience, preferably in the metal industry
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of energy management and sustainability
- Service-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Dutch and English language proficiency
- Dutch driver's license and willingness to travel between locations
