Job Title: Actuarial Sciences Leadership Position

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Sciences Leadership Position to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Actuarial Sciences business line, you will be responsible for leading consulting missions and projects, developing our market share, and driving thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting missions and projects in Actuarial Sciences, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase our market share in Actuarial Sciences, ensuring our offers meet the needs of our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, such as case studies and expertise letters, to feed our marketing channels and prospecting process.
  • Coach and steer consulting teams on mission in the Actuarial Sciences business line in the Netherlands.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a first-class university (business, engineering, economics, etc.).
  • Fundamental insight into the Actuarial Sciences market.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company.
  • Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person with proven business development skills.
  • Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, new challenges, and triggers actions within Sia Partners to adapt our offering or launch prospecting.
  • The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams.
  • The candidate has personal domains of expertise and is ready to personally deliver consulting services.
  • Languages: Bilingual Dutch and English. Dutch is a must, French is a plus.

We are unable to provide a work permit for this position. Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
