Commercial Manager Aftermarket

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager Aftermarket to join our team at Destinus. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for driving commercial aftermarket activities and ensuring the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive aftermarket sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain commercial relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close new LTSA contracts, as well as maintain and manage existing ones.
- Set up and maintain service agreements and ensure seamless communication with Destinus OPRA's service partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Highly developed attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
