Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive aftermarket sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain LTSA contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with customer needs.
- Negotiate with customers to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
